This course is an exploration of the yamas and the niyamas through the gentler side of Kundalini Yoga. The yamas and niyamas make up the first and second of the 8 limbs of yoga. Rather than rules, they are guiding principles that can help us "live our yoga" and live a life more aligned with our inner truth.
The yoga practice in this series will be light Kundalini Yoga: exercises will be on the shorter side with longer rest in between. This may include some dynamic movement and students are encouraged to take everything at their own pace.
We will focus on a different principle each week.
