On Mondays Anand Raj will now teach GONG YOGA: During a short and energizing Kundalini Yoga session, the vibrations of the Gong will help you to pass through mental and emotional blockages and then end with a long deep gong relaxation. The sound of the Gong is healing and soothing and can give you the experience of deep states of relaxation and meditation. Diving into the sound you can experience a sonic massage on a cellular level and recover from deep-rooted stress symptoms. We will always end with a mantra mediation that will help you to integrate the experience, feeling the origin of sound coming from within your heart.
