Breathwork Immersion with Magnus Støre

Welcome to an intimate Breathwork course at NLY.

4 sessions of breath magic.

Breathwork is a simple, yet profound practice where through conscious breathing we increase the body's ability to circulate life force. The practice has been praised for its ability to dissolve physical and energetic blockages, purge and rebalance mental and emotional disturbances and vitalize the whole body. But these are only the initial effects of a practice that ultimately brings the practitioner in contact with a deeper sense of being and belonging.

This course is tailored to support the participants in receiving the full range of benefits the practice gives, as well as to create an environment where the realizations and healings that happen are harnessed and made functional in our daily lives. Any perceived challenges or possibilities are valid and welcomed. The course is designed to provide for both curious newcomers and experienced breathers.

Each class includes exercises and meditations to initiate normal, healthy breathing function. There will be time for reflection and integration to increase breath awareness and mastery as a way to live a more balanced life. In addition, each class will include a full session of Breathwork, with special attention on supporting the body through conscious touch and somatic release. There are only 8 available spots, giving ample time and attention for each participant to be supported in the deep dive and homecoming.

This course is led by Magnus Jonas, a dedicated student of the breath. Magnus has studied different sciences of self-discovery for over a decade and has taught Breathwork for 4 years. The style of Breathwork offered here is developed through his deep interest in the unfolding of consciousness and human potential. He is a student of traditional Tantra, Ayurveda, Yoga, and Craniosacral Therapy - modalities that amplify, support, and make functional as a way of being, the results of Breathwork.
