«All good things come in threes,» someone said sometime somewhere. And people are still saying it to this day, so let’s add to that notion by inviting you to the third round of Cacao Ceremony with Live Music & Yin Yoga, led by Mats Onsum and Grant, The Cacao King!
Grant is still traveling Europe, and since the last two rounds were so much fun, not to mention filled to the brim with some of Oslo's finest human beings, he has decided to come back to Oslo one last time before going back home to Miami.
In other words, this will be the last chance, at least for a while, to join us for an evening of live music, mantra singing, partner stretching, dancing and yin yoga - all with a belly full of ceremonial cacao!
Ceremonial cacao is pure chocolate. It has been used for centuries in Central & South America with the intention to gather the community to heal, let go & celebrate life. And this is the plan for November 6th as well. To open our hearts for celebration and healing, let go of what we don’t need, and allow ourselves to loosen up and have fun.
After building the energy up with live music, voice activation, playful movement, connection exercises and different breathing techniques, we will ground the energy with a deeply soothing Yin Yoga practice to leave us feeling open, relaxed and refreshed.

Grant is a cacao ceremonialist, yogi, astrologer and musician based in Miami, FL, and is recognized globally as @thecacaoking. He has been sharing Cacao Ceremonies for 6 years all around the world in Bali, Philippines, Mexico, Costa Rica, NYC & Oslo!
Mats is a yoga teacher, poet, songwriter and artist from Oslo, Norway, who is well known for his playful Vinyasa and deeply soothing Yin Yoga classes, as well as his heartfelt and moving lyrics. He has been working full-time as a yoga teacher for the past 6 years while pursuing a career as a musician for more than 17 years.
