Then you are most welcome to a 3-hour introductory workshop to Kundalini Yoga with Salila Gyanjot in Kongsgata 44!
This workshop is aimed to beginners but also for those who want to repeat basic kundalini yoga exercises, breathing techniques, and mantras.
This workshop also serves as preparation if you are considering joining the Integral Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training which starts on 5 May in Stavanger in Kongsgata44

At the introductory workshop to Kundalini Yoga you will learn:
What characterizes Kundalini Yoga and how it differs from other forms of yoga
To breathe correctly and get to know the basic breathing techniques breathwork of Kundalini Yoga
How to practice the most common yoga exercises (Asana's) in a correct way (includes alternative exercises for those who need it)
Getting to know the Bhanda's (muscle locks) and how these can support your practice.
Use, technique, and effect related to mantra (sound vibrations).
