How to speak «acro» - Acroyoga workshop

Acroyoga is a mix of acrobatics, yoga, and therapeutic techniques. It is a practice that builds communication and trust. Practicing acroyoga can help you become stronger, and more flexible and to lift your spirits. We usually work in groups of three or more for safety and to give each participant the experience of success and joy.

You don't need to bring a partner, we will put together groups and make new friends throughout the classes. We look forward to guiding you through new skills in a fun and playful way!

Level:

In this course, we will work on building a strong foundation by focusing on trust and communication in acroyoga. We will play with exercises that teaches us how to listen, ask for what we need and read each other’s movements. We will also spend a part of the course learning therapeutic techniques. The course is suitable both for beginners and intermediate level. We will adapt and offer variations for those of you who have a bit of practice from before.
