Northern Light Yoga is an authentic yoga oasis in bright and inviting premises located in central Oslo. The center is beautifully and greenly located in Rosenborggata by Bogstadveien. It is a short distance to trams, buses and subways, and the center has good parking facilities.

We offer weekly classes in various forms of yoga as well as pregnant and maternity yoga. We also offer kundalini and foundation yoga teacher training. We also arrange a number of exciting courses, workshops, corporate yoga as well as private consultations and treatments. There are also possibilities for renting out our premises.
