Welcome to a 3H gathering on Sunday the 12/9 at 17:00-20.00

We are excited to connect with you for a heart-felt journey exploring the movement of the body, the voice, and the spirit. Weaving in the subtle aspects that makes us feel whole and complete.

Going through the different layers of the self, from the physical, through the mental into the center of your beeing where you can relax into your natural state of bliss.

After a soft yoga flow and mindfully connecting to your breath, we will share a cup of ceremonial Cacao from the jungle of Costa rica.
Cacao is traditionally used as a medicine of the heart.
With an joyful heart one can easier experience the flow state of the tone vibrancy of the voice and music.
