Yoga to prepare for birth with Mette Harr Støre
Welcome to a pregnancy yoga class aimed to focus on preparing for birth in a gentle and conscious way. Topics for this workshop will be the hormone oxytocin, gentle yoga movements in the early stages of birth and partner practices, plus guided rest and breathing. This class is open for you to bring your partner (or someone that will be together with you during birth) if you want to.
If you missed the last class of the course before summer participate for free.
