Testimonial
"Umā’s class is experiential. Unlike any class 'format' I have ever participated in, for me it is more of a journey. Freedom and a
sense of acceptance of all that is permeates the space she holds for us, and allows me to become aware of my true nature and where resistance lies inside my body and mind. I leave feeling more activated, empowered, and peaceful. Umā, to me, embodies an essence of woman that is wise, healing, and raw. Her energy is medicinal. It feels to me there is no separation between her and the truth. The veil seems thin or maybe just her skin or not at all".
