Det Yogiske Hjertet - Kirtan w. Puja, Chanting & Sound Journey
Heartily welcome to a rich Kirtan experience shared by Mette & Magnus from Det Yogiske Hjertet.
We gather to explore the ancient art of devotional singing - this central yogic practice of alchemizing the human reality through sound vibration, sacred mantras, and flowing with the current that arises as we sing. The mantras offered will be from a varied range of epochs, traditions, and lineages, all carrying within them the ineffable spirit of the timeless one. This Sunday we will also share some simple dances to some of the mantras, as well as a sound journey to be enjoyed lying down on the back.
Before the Kirtan, we are offering Puja - a traditional Vedic offering-ritual for purification and blessings to prepare our spirits before we commence the Kirtan. You are welcome to come to take part in the ritual or arrive just for the Kirtan.
The program this evening will be easy to follow, and no prior experience or skill is needed.
