Welcome to Sunday song circle with Aïda and Txai Fernando at Northern Light Yoga.

We invite you to a warm space to sit together and share sacred music.

~ praising the Divine ~

~ honouring Mother Earth ~

~ going deep within ~

We’ll sing mantras from the East and healing medicine music from diverse traditions with the purpose of connecting with our hearts and voices,

elevating and uniting our Spirits as one family, and remembering our connection with the elements of nature.

No previous experience is needed.

All voices are welcome : )

The singing will be easy to follow and most lyrics are provided on song sheets to sing along.

You will be guided through a sequence of soft movements before we begin.

A deep relaxing Gong Bath and guided meditation is offered towards the end of our session.

The circle is on New Moon and weekend of Equinox .

A great space and opportunity to welcome autumn,

honour the harvest and plant new intentions for the coming cycle.

Wear something loose and comfortable, bring a water bottle, and if you would like a flower or fruit for the altar (optional).
