A warm welcome to the Sunday Kirtan with "The Yogic Heart" in the new premises of Northern Light Yoga, in Rosenborggata 9A.

We gather to explore the ancient art of devotional singing - a practice that seeks to allow space for the exploration of voice, heart, and soul.

The mantras we share are from different eras and traditions but are all tentacles leading back to sacred unity.

This event is for everyone, the song is easy to follow and no experience or skill is needed to participate.

This afternoon is led by Mette and Magnus Støre. Both devoted seekers with great love for singing and Yoga, they share this opportunity with you from the heart.
