For time immemorial both breath and music have been at the heart of purposeful spiritual unfoldment. This evening the two come together to create an enchanted atmosphere of transformational practice under the full moon - and you dear friend, are heartly invited.

This evening will consist of practices of deepening and awakening through conscious breathing and somatic listening. Guides of the evening are Magnus Jonas and Vishesh Kalimero - both luminaries of their fields.

Magnus Jonas is a pioneer of Breathwork in Norway, and has through the last decade helped thousands on their path of healing and awakening through the power of the breath.

Vishesh Kalimero is a multi instrumentalist, musical healer and teacher who has travelled the world extensively collecting sounds, instruments and inspiration over the last decade, following an approach of intuitive expression and somatic listening. Together they offer a rare ceremonial container for exploration of the enchanted human state.

Expect long exhales, and otherworldly vibrations. A night under the snow moon to remember.
